The Harvester of the Endless Bloom

In the Ever-Spring Pavilion, immortality is achieved through the endless accumulation of “Verdant Qi,” a life-force so potent it banishes aging and disease. Shen Kuo is a pariah, born with the “Marrow of Winter”—a physical defect that causes his spiritual roots to wither and radiate a chilling aura of decay. Exiled to the underground Root-Crypts to compost the sect’s biological waste, Shen Kuo discovers a forgotten artifact: the Pale Sickle of the Harvest. When a metaphysical cancer known as the “Endless Bloom” begins to mutate the immortal cultivators into mindless, ever-growing monstrosities of flesh and flora, Shen Kuo must teach a world drowning in eternal spring the forgotten, peaceful mercy of the autumn harvest.
