The Shards of the Primal Mirror

In the Crystal Heart Sect, the path to immortality is a journey of reflection. Cultivators forge their souls into intricate glass-like lattices to mirror the blinding light of the Heavens. Wei Lin is a “Dust-Soul,” born with a spirit that is nothing but opaque, unreflective sand. While the elite disciples reside in towers of shimmering quartz, Wei Lin is relegated to the “Shatter-Pits,” sweeping the jagged remains of those whose souls cracked under the pressure of ascension. However, when he discovers the Molten Core of the First Mirror, he learns that while glass reflects light, sand can endure the fire. As a celestial phenomenon known as the “Void-Eclipse” begins to shatter the world’s crystal souls, the boy made of dust must forge a new heart capable of reflecting the darkness itself.
